Live Broadcast from Vía San Ángel
This project emerged as a fast-paced production challenge during my time as a radio producer at Grupo Radio Imagen Puebla. The occasion was an expo held at Vía San Ángel, where several live broadcasts took place, including the news program and Campus with Héctor Rodrigo Ortiz.
Initially, my role was to coordinate the production of the programs at the event, ensuring that logistics and guest management were in place. However, the station’s director requested an upgrade in the quality of the live broadcast on social media, which meant that in addition to producing the radio programs, I also had to take charge of the event’s live production.
With the support of the León Inc. team, we carried out an express setup on-site, installing cameras, tripods, lighting, and audio equipment to ensure a professional broadcast. While managing the production, I also coordinated guest arrivals and ensured everything ran smoothly.
The result was a flawless live broadcast with high-quality visuals and sound, effectively showcasing the event’s significance and strengthening Grupo Radio Imagen Puebla’s presence on digital platforms. This project was a clear demonstration of adaptability and efficiency in live production, proving that with the right equipment and swift execution, any event can be transformed into a high-level media experience.
